I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Houston Painting and Remodeling and will definitely be using them again!
From the very first response, he was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He came out to look at the areas we needed painted and provide a quote. Initially, I was only looking to have some areas touched up, but he took the time to explain why simply touching them up might not give me the seamless finish I wanted and recommended repainting the full walls instead. The price difference was surprisingly small, so I trusted his expertise and went with his recommendation - and I am SO glad I did.
I even had a last-minute hiccup with the paint. I had ordered it myself and became worried it wouldn't be delivered in time since he was scheduled to arrive early the next morning. I texted him, and without hesitation, he told me to add him as an authorized pickup person and picked up the paint himself on his way to my house. That alone was incredibly helpful.
Once he arrived, he got right to work and was extremely efficient and meticulous. He even showed me the difference between simply touching up the paint and repainting the entire wall, which completely validated what he had explained to me beforehand.
What started as painting specific areas turned into him painting nearly my entire interior! He worked from top to bottom, including our living room with 20-foot ceilings, and painted essentially all of our public areas, hallways, and walkways. As he worked, he noticed additional areas that needed attention and continued painting them, including some areas we hadn't even asked him to do, because he wanted everything to look seamless and finished properly.
He moved furniture and TVs as needed, put everything back when he was finished, and even remounted the TVs. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and genuinely meticulous about the quality of his work.
The finished result looks fantastic. I already have several other projects in mind for him and will absolutely be reaching out to Houston Painting and Remodeling again.
Thank you for doing such an awesome job and for taking so much pride in your work. Highly recommend!
