FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening. Every home is different, so we take the time to understand what you’re experiencing and where the issue is coming from. From there, we perform a thorough inspection, identify problem areas, and explain our findings so you know exactly what’s going on. Then we provide a treatment plan tailored to your situation, focusing on both eliminating the current issue and preventing future problems. Our goal is to make the process clear, comfortable, and effective from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Matthew is fully licensed and certified with what’s required to safely and effectively perform pest control services. We stay up to date with industry standards, treatment methods, and safety practices to ensure every service is done professionally and correctly.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Matthew got his start working with an established pest control company, where he gained hands-on experience in treating a wide range of pest issues and understanding what actually works long-term. From there, we built ProGuard Pest Protection with the goal of doing things better, focusing on honest service, real solutions, and treating every home with care and respect. What started as experience in the field turned into something we’re truly proud to grow as a family-owned business.
