Roberto and his father did an awesome job restaining our fencing. I sent Roberto our HOA color and application requirements and the linear footage of fencing we needed restained and he gave me the most competitive pricing. Roberto completed the work sooner and faster than any of the other quotes we received. This included the pressure washing and prep needed prior to staining. He also took care of a few areas that needed repair. He was very professional, punctual and responsive. I look forward to working with Roberto on the next project!

Alvarez construction was on time and got right to work. Even during heavy rain, they took a short break then got back to work and finished same day. They installed a stretch of fence, a new gate and repaired another gate. I will definitely reach out to them again for other projects. Thank you!!!!
