After a failed bamboo floor installation, we were stuck with concrete floors and needed wood floors installed in our house. I found that good, trustworthy, wood floor installers were very hard to find. 100% of my friends and neighbors who had wood floors were not happy with their installers, and would not recommend them. We remained patient, because it was important to us to get it done right.
After a long search, we finally found HWM General Contractors through Thumbtack. Mark gave us great confidence that the job would be done right, and it was.
The installers did more than promised, and I was very pleased. They were on time, were respectful of the things in my house, and kept things extra neat and clean.
The end result was outstanding. We love the floors and how they were installed. We definitely plan to use HWM General Contractors again, and I've told all my friends.

Very professional and accommodating. My backyard is massive and he was able to finish the fence in two days. It looks great! He was very responsive if I had a question and has great ideas for future projects. I will be using him in the near future and recommending him to all of my family and friends.

We are very pleased with our new fence. Mark and his guys were on time, efficient, and polite. When we weren't pleased with the latch on the gate, they changed it the next day with no additional cost. We will definitely choose them for projects in the future. It's nice to find a company that is trustworthy and really seems to care for their customers.
