- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing isn't firm until our final agreement. We believe competition is healthy and strive to beat any quote. If you're not happy with the cost, talk to us; give us a chance to review other options. Your end result will be clear from the beginning and we never sacrifice quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to exchange info and set-up a time to meet for a free estimate. If you choose us for your project we don't leave until you're happy. No other projects will be touched until we shake hands goodbye and you're smiling in the rear-view!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years of experience and attend C.E. and workshops many times each year. Although we have countless certificates it wouldn't mean anything if we didn't know exactly what it takes to get a job done right the first time.
