- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is not one job that's the same. The labor cost depends on the footage,height, number of doors.Our prices are not the cheapest and not the most expensive. We encourage you to get at least 2 to 3 estimates. We also give you options on wood quality . You can buy the material yourself or we can include it in the price. . We can SAVE you money!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a team of dedicated reps ready to iron out the plan and get the work done quickly. We want our customers to feel comfortable with us and ask any question they'd like. From labor cost to materials . We want repeat business and the only way to get that is to do the job right the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have men with a unique set of skills. I truly believe they can get the job done right... Blindfolded!!! Now since we use saws.... I wouldn't want to test that theory out. With over 15 years Experience we pride ourselves in workmanship.
