- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While the services I direct clients to and instruct them to use may require them to put their money towards, I myself do not charge clients or prospective clients to meet with me. At the end of the day, all of the guidance and recommendations I provide clients are their choice at the end of the day, they are not forced to spend any money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy long-lasting and fruitful relationships with clients, however, everyone's situation is different so there is no single solution to everyone's problems. I usually spend our first meeting getting to know the potential clients and determining if they are a good fit for my team to work with.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I generally work with a lot of professional athletes/coaches, business owners, medical professionals, and attorneys.
