I hired Clean Nests for weekly cleaning for a 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom. The booking process was interesting since they did not take cash but I worked that out with Nathan who was very polite and accommodating. The cleaning lady, Ruth, came on time and began cleaning my house. Everything looked good which included the floors, counters, bathroom, kitchen and she even made the beds EXCEPT she didn't do my windows. Apparently the windows are not included in the general cleaning package. I was not aware of that when I booked but I received a phone call after the cleaning was done and they said they would do the windows for free right then and there since it was a bit confusing. Overall it was a job well done except I guess a bit confusing on what they offered. I am booking them again next week so hopefully they will clean the windows :).

They were suppose to come on friday February 17 between 12:30pm and 2:30pm to clean my house. The cleaner text me and said because of the weather and traffice she would be late. I said fine. After about 2 hrs waiting fir them she text me and asked if it would be alright to reschedule on Saturday the 18th. I said fine. Will when saturday came she text me to say her car broke down on freeway and she can do it sunday. She never showed up today. I would not tell my friends or family to use CLEANNEST CLEANING. They don't do what they say they will
