Introduction: Planning an event, whether big or small can be stressful... especially if it's your first. Let me take one stress off your mind by helping you with the bar! I pride myself on providing exceptional service and I offer consults to help make you feel at ease. On the day of we go above and beyond to make sure your event is everything you hoped it would be and more. From arriving early to set up to bringing extra equipment in case it's needed we are here for you. We are TABC certified and want to make sure everyone has great time and is safe. Amanda was awesome. We started discussing the menu couple of weeks before the event and she was nice enough to be open about the menu and provided suggestions which were very handy. A day before the event she reached out and confirmed. On the day of the event she let me know she was running late due to a traffic incident and kept me up to date with her plan. The bar she setup was amazing. All black bar counter with all the trappings of a full bar you will find in any good establishment. She came with everything necessary , including ice and trash can. The area was left very clean and needed minimal clean up post party. Her service was the best. All the guests enjoyed her service. What I appreciate is she went above and beyond to serve the guests. The event began late and had to be extended and she was gracious enough to accommodate us. All in all, Amanda is my bartender for any events going forward.

Amanda did an amazing job bartending for our wedding! She was so responsive and answered all our questions leading up to the wedding. We had a “his and hers” cocktail drink menu with a creative St Patrick’s Day drink and she did AMAZING and helped us recreate the vision so well. I highly recommend Amanda for your event!!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing for parties 150 people and higher is for 2 staff members. Also, I am willing to negotiate (sometimes) depending on the circumstance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to contact clients to get a feel for them and their needs as well as let them know a little about myself. I ask that they be honest about their expectations and I am straight forward about what they can expect from me. It helps to know if they have hired a bartender before and if so what expectations if any were not met.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in multiple restaurants bartending as well as private homes and large receptions. I am also both TABC and food safety certified through the city of Houston. All of our bartenders are TABC certified as well.
