- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge for the food and labor cost together, then I add drinks, plastic-ware, cake cutting charge, and finally the kind of event (such as appetizers & buffet or diner service). There are no hidden charges and every option will be discussed so there is no confusion the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I stay current with my Texas Food Handler Certification, Texas Seller-Server Course, and my TABC Certification.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I mainly cater wedding and special events. But I also cater to businesses, social parties, and drop off deliveries.
