- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$40 - $50 per hour depending on the level required. Translations start at $40 per page for personal correspondence, and start at $50 per page for more complex documents.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial casual meeting will be scheduled as a means of getting to know each other and talk about the potential client's specific needs. A schedule will be suggested and, if all are in agreement, instruction starts on the day and date decided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
