I needed curtain rods installed and a tv mounted. Kenneth was punctual, communicated well, provided exemplary service, and was extremely accommodating (I got the wrong sized rods and had to run to the store). More home improvements to come and Kenneth is locked in for the jobs.

On May 15, 2026, I submitted an inquiry on Thumbtack and selected Hunter’s Specialties as my contractor. Mr. Hunter responded promptly and professionally. I asked if he was available for general installation work, including picture hanging, curtains, mirrors, and a wall mounted wine rack. He arrived on time, introduced himself professionally, and walked through every item I needed installed. We discussed placement, spacing, and the overall look I wanted, and he executed everything with precision. His attention to detail truly stood out. After he left, I walked around to admire the finished work and noticed something that impressed me even more. I had previously attempted to install my own curtains, which left crooked rods and several holes in the wall. Without me asking, Mr. Hunter removed the rods, reinstalled them correctly, and filled in all of my old holes. That small detail meant so much it showed pride in his work and genuine care for the customer. Kenneth was great. I had tried putting up ceiling curtains about 12ft long myself and completely messed up. Multiple holes in the ceiling, curtains weren't moving smoothly.. Kenneth came in, took them all down and redid everything. Arrived on time, very quick to respond, very helpful. Will request him for future home projects!
