- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project or repair has different requirements, such as tools, equipment and products. Before any installation or repair, we inform the client completely of what needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we get to know our client and determine the kind of service he needs, Then we dispatch one of our professional engineers, to inspect it physically. After our garage door engineer has checked the system and determined what needs to be done, a detailed quote will be formulated, based on the client needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience! we've been in the overhead garage doors industry for the past 5 years, giving fast and quality service to the greater Houston area.
