Bobby Dupree and a technician showed up. They knew what they were doing. They diagnosed the problem in a couple of minutes, proposed a couple of solutions. They were professional, quick and efficient. After I chose an option they implemented it quickly. Discussed maintaining the garagedoor and the opener and what to look for in the future if the door or opener had future problems. Overall, a very good experience.

I want to share the great response and service I received from Bobby at Dupree GarageDoors. After submitting a request to repair my garagedoor opener, which I sent on Sunday morning, I received an immediate text from Bobby telling what he thought my problem would require to be fixed and what it would cost and he said he could repair it that afternoon. I spoke to other companies about their prices and looked up the cost for the parts and determined that Bobby had the best rates and scheduled him to do the work. He and his associate came on Sunday afternoon and did a fantastic job showing me everything they were doing and explaining how to maintain my system in the future to prevent future problems. They were very professional and even went so far as to program my two cars to operate the door without a remote. I would highly recommend using them for any repairs or replacements needed on your garagedoors or openers.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will offer FREE estimates on all your garage door needs. We provide transparent prices that includes all haul away and removal fees. We like to offer customers a good, better, and best options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to find the right solution for the customer. Sometimes fixing the immediate problem won't address the underlying issues. For example, putting a new garage door opener on a creased garage door isn't a good plan. The door will cause the new opener to fail as well and the customer will have thrown good money after bad.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been engaged in home remodeling for 10 years and know how difficult it is to find good contractors. I know what I expect as a homeowner myself, and try to deliver that value and reliability
