Robert and his team showed up on a Saturday night around 9PM. Not only did he repair the garage door itself, but installed a new opener and a keypad. Something I been intending to do, but never got around to. I would definitely recommend them again. They were very helpful and friendly, called immediately after I requested help and took my case on a Saturday night as the door was stuck open.

I own rental properties. I have used many contractors over the years. Some have overcharged me for separate situations. Robert' s quote was very fair. They are also punctual and did a great job installing doors and a motor to my own house and repairing one of the rentals. I don't have to look for a garage door guy every time I need repairs any more. I will always call Robert from now on.

I had 2 garage doors on my 3 car garage that I needed repaired. John was great, he arrived a little ahead of schedule, very professional and I could tell he was very experienced. He explained to me all the things that needed repaired or replaced and quoted a price for the work. After he completed the work, the price was the same as quoted with no surprise costs. Great experience. I will definitely call them again if I have another need for garage door repairs.

Robert and his crew did an excellent job of diagnosing the underlying nature of a problem that was recurring periodically over the past 10 years. Despite using a large & reputable professional company to initially install our 2 garage doors 10 years earlier, my continuing maintenance issues were related to an unforgivable installation mistake made. It is so refreshing to have used Robert’s company which took the time to find and repair this installation mistake instead of just masking the issue (as the original installer company did and allowing the problem to continue reoccur in the future).

We will offer FREE estimates on all your garage door needs. We provide transparent prices that includes all haul away and removal fees. We like to offer customers a good, better, and best options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to find the right solution for the customer. Sometimes fixing the immediate problem won't address the underlying issues. For example, putting a new garage door opener on a creased garage door isn't a good plan. The door will cause the new opener to fail as well and the customer will have thrown good money after bad.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been engaged in home remodeling for 10 years and know how difficult it is to find good contractors. I know what I expect as a homeowner myself, and try to deliver that value and reliability
