Our garage door broke the day before we were having our baby shower so time was of the essence. Within 10 minutes of me requesting an appointment I was contacted and had a repair man en route. Within one hour of my call, tech was already at the house to replace our broken spring on the garage door. I suggest getting both of your springs replaced as it is cheaper. Thanks for the great service definitely worth the price
