We thought we had a problem when our garage door stopped working. Turned out to be that one of the sensors was blocked. But the technician who helped us explained that our door was too heavy for the spring. He disengaged the door from the motor and asked me to lift it. I couldnt and that scared me. I wouldnt want to have my car stuck in the garage in the event of a power outage. Within 30 minutes the spring and rollers were replaced and the opener now works more efficiently and Im able to lift the door by myself.

Their lead technician, Juda, showed up the day I called. He assessed the problem and concluded that I needed a new garage door opener. I agreed. The installer arrived early the next day. By midday the job was professionally done.A week after installation we discovered our old outside keypad (14 years old) was not compatible with the new opener. Juda came to the house one hour after we called for help. He installed a keypad and programmed it in minutes.I highly recommend this company.

getting to know the customer, diagnose the whole door and opener before giving a quote, the explain and show to the customer and repair it on the spot (95% off the cases), make sure with the customer that everything works and good to go.
