He was on time and didn’t mess around with telling me what the problem was. As I know absolutely nothing about garagedoors I was impressed with his honesty. He told me it was the spring and it just needed tightening. I thought the whole thing was a loss. I will hire him again and highly recommended him.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
getting to know the customer, diagnose the whole door and opener before giving a quote, the explain and show to the customer and repair it on the spot (95% off the cases), make sure with the customer that everything works and good to go.
