Needed two of the glass inserts in our garage doors replaced. One was a simple pane replacement. The other needed not only a replacement pane of glass but also the trim kit that holds the glass in place. The right trim kit was hard to find but Leo put in the legwork and came up with it after a few days. Was responsive, timely and did quality work for a very fair price. He was one of only a couple of repairmen that were even interested in our job since it was small. Most others I talked with were only interested if we replaced both complete doors or at the very least two entire panels. They were only interested in the upsale which did not interest us at all. I will definitely use Leo again for any future garage door repairs.

I hired this contractor twice for the same house. He hung a new door, repaired some sheetrock, did touch up painting & repaired a garage door & opener. He was able to go to the house without me being there and get all the tasks done quickly and efficiently. I will hire him again in the future.

Leon was quick to respond and scheduling appointment with him was quick and easy. He mentioned he will be bit late but did show up end of the day as promised. I called him to get second estimate because one of the pros on thumbtack quoted me an outrageous estimate along with a need for new door. I was really disappointed to see that this company whom i have used before tried to take advantage of me by telling me i needed a new door when all i needed was a new spring. My garage door didnt have any damage yet this other company person not only emphasized that i needed a new door but actually told me repair would be as expensive as a new door. The final price quoted by the other guys was 500% more expensive then what I paid to Leon. Mr. Leon told me that i dont need a new door and all i needed was new coils and springs. He replaced the spring coil and did the alignment and i was happy and satisfied with his work ethics and honesty. I will definitely use him again for my other properties moving forward.
