I gotta tell ya…BEST BEST BEST!!! +++++++ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ++++++ I was in process of getting a client’s newly purchased home prepped for move in. The garage was in pretty icky shape and the garage door was so old it looked and sounded like a creepy, creaky door in a haunted house opening and closing. This is a 1984 home with its original garage door, I kid you not! And, I don’t imagine it ever had any maintenance - ever. The technician who arrived was terrific - professional, etc. He had a look - checked a number of things - and gave me an assessment. I was told the mechanism - although looking really old (like ancient) - was actually fine. I appreciated that honesty. There was an important spring on the door itself that needed to be changed - someone had earlier put one on that was too small and it was taxing the integrity of the motor. A number of other parts and pieces were replaced. When done it worked like new - ran smoothly and quietly. So…before you run out and replace what looks like an old garage door opener - get a quote for maintenance and repairs from MRS because it could save you quite a bundle of money and they are a fairly priced company. My client has them on their providers list and will have them come out for maintenance annually.

Yesterday, I was desperately seeking a budget friendly repair company to get my garage door properly fixed so it would fully close before the Winter storm hits tonight. 😰 After reading MRS’s positive reviews, I requested an estimate and within 2 hours their tech Dustin arrived!
