Had 2 new garage doors and garage door openings installed from this company. Less than a year, I started having issues with both doors. One door would keep opening after attempting to close it, requiring me to have to make several attempts to close it every time. The spring on the other door started to bend causing the garage door movement to be very shaky and occasionally get jammed. I reached back out to the company and Matthew responded promptly. He came out right away. Immediately identified the issue and fixed it. He was very professional and explained all the issues clearly and how he fixed them. Everything is now working smoothly. We are very happy with this company and recommend it to everyone.

Matthew from MRS Garage Door Services did a great job resolving a garage door issue at one of my rental properties. The door had stopped opening due to a broken torsion spring, and he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and replace the springs the same day.

He was punctual, professional, and explained what needed to be done to get the door working safely again. After the repair he also adjusted the limits and made sure everything was operating smoothly before leaving.
