Absolutely phenomenal crew to work with; I’d just submitted my thumbtack request and within seconds, someone reached out to me to schedule an assessment for that same day! Daniel and Eric arrived that very same evening, assessed the situation (one of the springs split and since our garage door is partial wood and extremely heavy, it’s a bit of a challenge to get it repaired), gave us a quote on the spot for the repair, and immediately got to work. For the amount of work it took, they were quick and efficient (about an hour and a half of work). They got our door repaired, tracks lubricated, motor and door calibrated and balanced, all chains tightened up, and tested and retested. They were honest, transparent, and explained everything to us wonderfully (we’re first time homeowners and had a lot of questions). It truly was the best experience working with them and, even though I hope we don’t have any more issues with our garage anytime soon, now I know who to call! Thank you again, Daniel and Eric!

Had Simon come by and replace my broken springs, after getting a thorough description of how the mechanism works he was able to provide me a very reasonable quote for the replacement of both springs and bearings. Will contact for future repairs!
