My kids accidentally opened our garagedoor, forgetting it was broken, and the situation quickly became a safety concern. I submitted a request for a quote, and Liam responded immediately by having Ron reach out to schedule a visit. Ron arrived promptly, assessed the damage which was bad and did a temporary repair on the spot to make sure the door could close. That simple act gave me much-needed peace of mind—there’s no way I could’ve slept with the garage open! By the next day, Liam had worked with me to make the repair affordable, understanding that these kinds of unexpected things can be stressful. Excellent service - they provided us a fair quote for repairing our entire garagedoor and mechanism. The company does not try to sell you parts that you don’t need. First, I schedule a free on-site visit to inspect the garage door or assess the project. I then provide a detailed, honest quote and explain the best solution. If it’s a conversion project (turning two garage doors into one), I handle everything—from engineering approval to structural work and final installation. My goal is to make the process smooth and clear, with direct communication at every step.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been trained hands-on in garage door repair, installation, and structural framing. I started by working under larger contractors, gaining real-world experience before launching my own business. I’ve completed hundreds of jobs, including advanced garage door conversions that require engineering and structural adjustments.
