Sergio came out, evaluated, gave options, assisted in shopping for a new unit. Once it arrived, he came back to install (1.5-2 hrs) my Smart MyQ opener. It is working beautifully, not at all noisy for a chain unit, and, the door closes softly. Satisfied and highly recommended.
