Carlos is a great person. I contacted up to 5 companies about my garage door and they all told me that I have to change the entire garage door that the company that supply my garage door doesn’t sell it in parts. Without even coming to my house, just a picture that I sent to Carlos he gave me estimate and told me that I don’t have to change the whole door that he will get the parts that broke and is going to be the same garage door from the same company. In less than 24 ours he replace the parts that got broken with a reasonable price. Be careful with all these big companies they can rip people off.
