Sam, Sam, George, Saad and the contractors (Ismael, Freddy, to name a few) were great to work with. The contractors were very communicative and informative. The customer service all around was wonderful and all our concerns and questions were handled.
As with most things, there is always room for improvement. More details should be provided up front on outdoor grade of all materials in order to ensure the best quality material that will sustain the type of weather in Houston, Texas. A great warranty was provided to account of any weather/environmental wear and tear. Thank you so much home masters!
