- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in fair, transparent pricing and strive to provide the best value for every project. As a family-owned company, we understand that every customer’s needs and budget are different, so we do our best to work closely with you to find solutions that fit within your budget. We are also open to offering discounts when possible and will always communicate any costs or fees clearly upfront—no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with scheduling an in-person consultation so we can get to know you and better understand your vision, needs, and goals for the project. During this meeting, we take the time to discuss your ideas in detail and answer any initial questions you may have. From there, we outline the next steps and move forward in a way that aligns with your expectations. Each of our project managers remains available after the initial meeting to provide guidance, updates, and answer any questions along the way. In addition, our office team is always here to support you and ensure the entire process runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings a combination of hands-on experience and industry knowledge to every project. Our project managers have extensive experience working directly with homeowners, ensuring clear communication, attention to detail, and a smooth overall process. In addition to their practical experience, our team stays up to date with current building practices, safety standards, and local regulations. We work with skilled tradespeople and trusted partners who are knowledgeable in their respective fields, allowing us to deliver high-quality workmanship on every job.
