We had a great experience with Jakob, Yosef, and team! They removed a few columns and a wall between our kitchen and living room. It took them about 2 weeks to complete the job - from demo to trash pickup. Honestly cannot recommend this team enough! We will definitely be using them again on future projects.

Houston Builders was Very Satisfactory and Very Reasonable After Getting Lots of Estimates, They not only was a 5 Star Foundation Company, But as a 5 Star They were The Most Reasonable 5 Star I could afford, Raymond is their Foundation Manager and He came to my Home, Very Helpful and very Professional, but what stood out the most was Yosef The Senior Manager came out Later to Make Sure The Work was Done Properly, So Please , Contact This Company, My Home looks better and Feels so Relieve.

We selected Houston Builders for the repair of water-damaged ceilings and carpets, as well as the replacement of the entire floor. Jakob provided comprehensive explanations of each step in the process and managed the insurance claims on our behalf. Our project managers, Jakob and Barry, assisted me in selecting the most suitable carpet and vinyl flooring that aligned with our budget. We had major water damage in our kitchen, so we brought in several contractors to take a look and give us their input. Jacob Pahima from Houston Builders Inc. stood out right away as he was confident, easy to talk to, and clearly experienced in the field. Once construction started, Yosef Gabay took over managing the project and did a great job. He stayed organized, kept everyone on track, and handled issues as they came up. The schedule was tight, especially with most of the work happening during the last two weeks of December. However, he managed it well and kept things moving. He was always ready to answer our questions whenever we had them. From demolition to electrical work, plumbing to painting, carpentry to countertop installation, everything was well organized. We worked with several different crews, and they were all solid. Sebastian and Marvin handled demolition and were careful about protecting the house and keeping dust under control. Ricardo did the carpentry and was always responsive to our concerns and easy to work with. The painting crew—Olman, Elian, and Chris—did a great job matching our custom wall and cabinet paint, which we really appreciated. Jonathan, who handled the countertops, was an artist. His work was top-notch, and you could tell he genuinely cared about the details. He was professional, positive, and a pleasure to work with. We chose Taj Mahal quartzite for the countertops and honestly didn’t know exactly how it would turn out, but the final result ended up being even better than we expected. Daniel handled the plumbing under a lot of pressure and made sure our kitchen was up and running before the holidays, and Juan did great work on the electrical, including the under-cabinet lighting. Cleanup was quick and efficient - Luis and Jesus had everything hauled away in just a few hours. Houston Builders Inc. was absolutely the right choice for us. The quality of the work, the people they brought in, and how smoothly everything was handled made a stressful situation much easier. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right without unnecessary headaches.
