- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process for Working with New Customers At USA Supreme Services & Real Property, we’re committed to delivering a seamless experience from start to finish. Here’s what you can expect when working with an initial Consultation • We begin with a phone call, showroom visit, or onsite meeting to understand your project goals, timeline, and budget. Project Assessment & Site Review • If needed, we schedule an onsite inspection to gather accurate measurements, assess existing conditions, and review design ideas. Customized Quote • We provide a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work, pricing, timelines, and material options. For builders and repeat clients, package pricing and Net-30 terms may apply. Contract & Deposit • Once the proposal is approved, we finalize the agreement and collect the initial deposit (typically 50%) to schedule your project. Project Execution • Our licensed team manages delivery, installation, inspections, and any required coordination with other trades (framers, electricians, etc.). Progress Updates & Final Review • You’ll receive updates throughout the process. We perform a walkthrough or final light review to ensure satisfaction before closing out the job. Final Payment & Warranty • Upon completion, the remaining balance is due. We stand by our work and provide warranty support where applicable.
