- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We evaluate each job to determine the best price to provide the quality, service and completion goals the customer expects. After an initial consultation and all information is obtained, a written estimate is provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrange an on-site meeting to evaluate needs and discuss visons, goals and expectations. For larger jobs, additional visits may be necessary. Upon the initial meeting, we provide insurance documents and a sample agreement, if requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the son of a successful local home builder. In addition to growing up in the industry, I have 30+ years experience in residential construction, remodeling and repairs, as well as several years in of real estate sales. All of our sub-contractors are vetted, proven for integrity and quality and licensed where required. Most have been associated with us for 7+ years.
