Great work done on replacing our sink and cutting the granite around the edges! It was a tricky fit, be he got it to work and it looks amazing. Outside of just cutting the granite, he also installed the new faucet as well.

We initially wanted to have an extended counter top put in our kitchen to serve as a dining bar. After JT came out to see our project, he let us know that for a little more money we could replace all of the granite in our kitchen. We decided to go with that idea as updating the granite to a color we picked out was exciting to us!
We met JT at the granite warehouse and picked out the exact color we wanted. About two weeks later it was installed. The guys ripped up our old granite and replaced with the new all in one day!
Our “new” kitchen is beautiful and we couldn’t be happier!
Definitely recommend going with AIS! We will for sure use them in the future for all granite projects!

We bought a new fridge and realized our granite countertops had a weird overhang on the side, and our new fridge wouldn't fit. Granite & Marble 503 came out the next day, trimmed the counter on one side, lifted and moved the counter on the other side, and were done in less than an hour.
The fridge fits perfectly now, and they charged a fair price. I will contact them again if I need any other granite work done.

My treasured granite table top had apparently been hit or bumped during my recent move. One corner had been damaged, with the granite partially missing. The granite color and pattern is somewhat unique. I wanted it repaired and was afraid the color/pattern would not match...IF I was able to find someone with the technical and artistic skills to repair it.
I placed my request on Thumbtack, with photos. Jorge of Clavijo Granite 593 responded that he was interested in the job. He and another gentleman arrived, as scheduled, and went to work. When finished, I literally could not tell any damage had ever existed! My precious table is perfect again! Thank you, Jorge...I highly recommend your work and will surely call on you again, should the need arise.

I had a great experience with them! The quote process was simple, and he brought samples to the house. Other vendors required me going to a warehouse to select which granite I wanted. I am 100% happy with everything. The quality is great. The small seams where two pieces meet are almost invisible. You have to look hard to find them.
I highly recommend them for granite countertops!

I am very pleased with my new granite countertops. Will went out of his way to purchase a faucet to match the sink he included in the price of the countertops. Highly recommend!

Will is great to work with. I'm pretty indecisive and he was able to help me pick the perfect granite and backsplash for our kitchen. Everything was done exactly as portrayed to me. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Avila granite, quartz, marble did an excellent job in installing our kitchen and bath counters. Especially appreciated the level of clear communication throughout the whole process. And very responsive as well. They came in, worked efficiently and cleaned up well both inside and out. Very nice job at a fair price.

The guys who installed the granite were very professional but more than that I liked the honesty of will. We had a misunderstanding about a one detail about the job and Will was willing to give me a full refund for the job and take his loss just to satisfy me. I really appreciate it. At the end we resolved the issue and the job done. I would recommend to work with honest and reliable people only.

Victor Sr and Victor Jr were super responsive and a delight to work with. They showed up on time every time, were reasonably priced, picked up and delivered my granite, and did a very nice job. It wasn’t a huge project but unlike the other bidders who were responsive till the first follow up and then crickets, Victor(s) were consistent in their communication. Very meticulous and diligent. Highly recommend.

Very poor communication. I finally got them to setup a date and time to cutout a larger sink in my granite countertop. They never showed up. Never called. Refused to respond to messages. Now my kitchen is torn up and I have to reinstall my old sink and put everything back together. I'm very disappointed in this contractor and in Thumbtack for having someone like this in their listings. It's just plain sorryness.

I had a countertop project and had post a request on thumbtack, the owner Will C. from W.C. Granite works responded very quick at the beginning with the measurement and quote, once got the bid and deposit has been made, the installation was scheduled for about 10 days later, but a day prior to the installation date, Will C. call me to announce the employee's issue therefore the installation date was push back later, my six sense kick in so I verified with the vendor and found out that the stone never been reserved or purchased from the vendor that put me in question, how he does the project without purchasing the material? after a negotiation Will C. accepted to reimburse me my deposit with a little extra but at the last minute to be able to finish the project in time I have to pay much more than I anticipated, Will C. put me in a depress situation, conclusion: my experience with Will C. was negative and no trust on W. It was a pleasure doing business with Will. After contacting Will, he worked around my busy schedule to come by and take a look at what I needed done. He had samples in his car which helped us get an idea of the colors that looked good. He advised us to go take a look all the options at his vendors location, which we did and found another color which we liked more than the samples Will had with him. After picking a color, Will gave us a turnkey price with materials+labor which was the BEST price we found for pre-fab granite. After putting down a deposit, we picked a date and Will sent his installers to come do the installation. We wanted to pick our own slab, knowing the variations in color, but unfortunately the installers got their before we did and picked up the slab. Fortunately they picked a beautiful piece, so stuck with it. We needed to get our vanity installed for our bathroom, so Will worked with our schedule so we can have both the carpenter and Wills installers on there the same day. It took them the whole day to do the install and they took their time doing it. We LOVE the finished product, our kitchen and bathrooms look AMAZING! We definitely recommend Will and will definitely use him again. My only recommendation to Will is to accept PayPal, come on dude its 2015 ;) !!!

I hired Will about a year ago to work on a house flip. His price was great. I was very specific with my order and ordered a 16 inch bar ledge and a square cut ledge for all kitchen and bath counters. Even after the order when I paid the deposit, I reviewed that I wanted square edges again.
The installers started the work before I got there. When I told the installers that wasn't what I ordered, referring to the edge. He said that I had to talk to Will. I called Will and left a message. In fact, I called him three times that day Then I noticed rust spots on the granite in the bathroom. I have worked for a major builder and know granite has imperfections. However, the installer told me he had picked the best prefab slabs he could find. When I called Will to talk about the discrepancies in the order, he did not return my call. When he finally called me the next day, he said he had made the ledge smaller because the wood underneath was too weak. Really for additional 2 inches? And you couldn't tell me beforehand? He also said he could not find any square edges anywhere in town. I told him that I have worked in the business and understand stuff happens, but I felt he should have called me before hand and not left me to have to eat his choices.
His installer did a great job and his prices were good, so when I just had another investment home to remodel, I called Will. I sent him a message through Thumbtack, I emailed him and called him. He did call me 2 days later and said he had a new phone and he didn't get my messages.
I told him what I was looking for and that I was on a quick deadline. I also reminded him that I would not accept his changing the order again. I told him I had already scheduled some contractors and he said he wanted to go last so he could beat them all. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 9 am. About 30 minutes beforehand, he let me know he was not coming because he had a flat tire. We rescheduled for the next day = Sunday at 3 pm.
At 11:30, I texted him to confirm and didn't hear from him. I called him at 1:30 pm and left him a message to call me to confirm. I waited until 4:30 pm, an hour past our appointment time and he never showed nor did he call.
His discourtesy continues. It is now Wednesday and 3 days have passed; he has never bothered to call or text an excuse or an apology. He is not dependable.

Updated review 9/3… part 1: I first hired Tony to cut my granite for a new sink. Tony did a great job cutting my granite countertop for a new sink. He was professional and did a great job but most importantly he arrived EARLY and was flexible while I finished a work call before letting him in. I struggle to find contractors who arrive when they say they will. I might be hiring Tony to install a new backsplash in the kitchen. He quoted me a great price. I look forward to working with Tony again and would recommend others to hire him.
Updated part 2: I hired Tony to install my kitchen backsplash. Tony quoted me while doing the above job. He was working in my kitchen for several hours and I showed him the tile I planned on using. When the day came to install, Tony sent his son Anthony and daughter for the job. They arrived on time, communicated clearly, and were polite. I showed Anthony the space and reiterated what I was looking for and confirmed the orientation of the tile. A few hours later, I got a phone call from Tony insinuating that I had changed the scope of the job (I had not) and now this would be 2 days v 1 and he’d have to charge me more. I want to pay them fairly for the work so we agreed to a 20% price increase (which I felt forced to do because they had already started). These issues could have easily been prevented with a proper scoping and asking more questions from the beginning. I hire professionals who I believe are experts. For jobs I hire for, I typically don’t know what you need to fully understand the scope/price a job. Or we could have rescheduled to when Tony could have been there himself (I didn’t know he wasn’t coming until his son showed up and clarified). We could have clarified before getting started.
When the job was finished I was happy with the work upon initial inspection - it looked great! However, when reviewing in more detail, I’m seeing things I’m not as impressed with 1) tiles are not entirely level 2) it doesn’t appear that spacers were used - the tiles are on a sheet but assumed this meant less spacers not no spacers - so grout lines are not even throughout and 3) corners are not laid correctly/lined up 4) a chipped tile was used (I have extra so a different sheet could have been used).
This was a marble tile and every sheet had to be cut in some way or another. I understand they were difficult to work with. Also, I’m trying to have realistic expectations because we’re all human but the above points are tile installation basics. Based on previous reviews of Tony’s tile work, I had different expectations for these details.
