I told him the other roofing contractors quoted more shingles than he was and asked what if it takes more? He said the difference would be on him due to a wrong estimate. When he came to sign contract, he remeasured my roof and said he was correct in his estimate. Mr. Garcia saved me some serious $$$$. I was so happy with the one day roofing job, I am hiring him to do more work for me as well as my neighbor is hiring Mr. Garcia to do work for him as well.
