What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Jewelry Repair - Our on-site jewelry fabrication facility repairs all gold, platinum and diamond jewelry, which also includes resizing of rings. We specialize in pearl restringing and have on-site watchmakers that can repair, restore, and maintain any watch.
Jewelry Insurance Appraisals - We do written appraisals for insurance or evaluations purposes. The appraisal includes a detailed description of the piece, weights and measurements, professional photo, and replacement value. Written and verbal apprasals are done by our Graduate GIA Gemologist.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor's of Science degree, and am also a GIA Graduate Gemologist.
