We had two computers/printers with problems and now all are
working like new. Pavlo picked up a needed part and made use of his time very efficiently. He started out very quiet, a bit shy and very polite. We were stunned that he removed his shoes upon entering our home. My daughter began getting him to talk more, and (louder) as she's hard of hearing; and he warmed up. She asked him where he was from (Ukraine) and he just got here six days ago! His English is quickly picking up. We plan to use him anytime we need help, as he repairs other items also. His fees were actually too low for the time he spent here (so we did tip extra.). We highly 100% recommend Pavlo.
