A pin hole in my water pipe.
It was not in a good place.
Drywall was removed exposing the area where the leak was found.
For the time being, a pipe clamp was installed to secure the leak.
A small fan was directed towards the leak for several days to dry the areas where moisture was found.
Once dry, new pieces of drywall were cut and fitted into place.
Once patching was completed paint was matched to existing color and applied.
Areas of the repairs were inspected and found to be in good order.
I would use City view again for projects where help is needed.

Eddy was great, punctual, professional, did a great job of removing old caulk and recaulking. Also replaced a bathroom fan motor. Unit was without power and he made made with flashlights. 5 Stars.

I had a pipe burst late at night on my 3rd floor, and Eddy came out, located the issue, and got it fixed. He repaired the leak, moved furniture, lifted the carpet, and set up blowers to help dry everything out. I’m so thankful to have someone I can trust for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommend Eddy!
