Evgeny was familiar with our TV issue and presented us with pros and cons of repairing vs replacing the TV that also includes cost. Ours is a Sony Bravia TV (no picture with red light blinking) and Evgeny ordered the necessary replacement part and repaired the TV for backlight issue. He also accommodated our request of unmounting and remounting the TV for us. Another tech we contacted would only repair the TV if already unmounted.
