FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my pricing on the project instead of by the hour, so you don’t have to worry about being milked for wasted time. I give discounts for long list of projects around the house that need work done. If you need me to run to Home Depot, I do charge $50 per run, which is not very much but I know Home Depot really well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I need to know is the scope of the work. For example, if you need Barn doors assembled and Hung, I will need to know the barn doors have not been assembled yet so you don’t just tell me you need Barn Doors Hung. I’ll ask you ceiling Heights for light installations and if I need to bring my ladder or if you have one available that I can borrow other than that, I have all the tools I need and I’m there to answer any questions you have before I get started, you can count on me to clearly answer your questions so you feel confident in the work that I’m gonna provide for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training from the age of nine and my father was a home building cabinet making Handyman who taught me how to use some of the finer tools of the trade and to always do a job right or not do it at all. I have flipped Record breaking houses as far back as 2015 and my work ethic is strong.
