hi my name is DJ I am a 59 years old trades men I have worked in the home building and repair trade most of my life I am skilled in all of carpentry framing trim siding. decks hand rails. sheet rock and sheet rock repair. and tiling floors showers walls and counter tops. and laying hard wood flooring and laminate. flooring and repair. and snap-lock vinyl plank flooring and plumbing. painting and fencing wood and iron gates as well as welding and metal fab. so I can meet all your home repair need from top to bottom and i take pride in my work I charge $65 an hour with an 2 hour minimum plus materials Thank you I enjoy meeting new customers and making the homes a better or safer place to live
