Handyman responded same day and we coordinated installation of purchased part for first installation which went well in a timely manner. A few weeks later the handy man picked the part to be installed which took a little longer due to the age of the original part but then the new part went on as expected though maybe a little longer than they would have liked. I was happy with the final result and had no issue with the time as it had to be installed properly for long work expectancy. I am trying to hire him again for another installation and will write another review after that installation, if he's available.
