- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work either by the hour or by the job. I usually charge 25.00 an hour if the customer chooses that option. I supply all tools and typically I purchase needed materials and the customer reimburses me upon completion of the job. I do no up pricing. The customer pays only what I paid for the material, not a penny more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe in viewing the job before I give a quote. This service is free. I provide references upon request from actual customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over forty years experience in the building trades.
