Mike was friendly and understood how particular I was about the bathroom exhaust fan replacement/installation I hired him for. He created the least amount of damage possible to the ceiling where the new fan had to go, which I was very happy with. He even tore out the wires of one of his own extension cords to extend the wires of the new fan so it could fit in the ceiling properly. That’s going the extra mile!
