- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i have a flat rate based on work thatll take 2-3 hours or less. i also have a day rate accounting for 8-10 hours max . Lastly, Ihave a rate for projects thatll take a couple of days. if you have any questions
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i prefer to call, but texting is ok. New customers i like to let them get a feel for me before i arrive at their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have h.s. diploma. two years college. i also am training in hvac and i have various experiences in different fields of work. pest control to tiling to pressure washing to roofing. i can do everything effectively and efficiently.
