Steve was absolutely FANTASTIC! He completed several projects in my sister’s home: installed a new garbage disposal, a new lock for the front door in addition to a new RING doorbell, and completed the set-up for a piece of gym equipment that was difficult for us to finish. While Steven was unable to complete the work on the washing machine, he took his time to further troubleshoot the issue and assured us that he’ll be back in touch once the parts are acquired. You can’t ask for any more than that! Steve was responsive, he arrived on time, and he walked us through every step of each project. On a personal note, Steve was friendly & professional - he treated us like valued customers and we consider him an extended part of our family. We will DEFINITELY be using Steve in the future to complete more household projects. It’s true that you get what you pay for...and we got EXCELLENCE!
