- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
(Flooring) Ceramic tile:$.95 sqft and up. Laminate: $1.00 and up. Kitchen back splash:$2.00 and up. Bathroom tub surround: $2.00 and up. Drywall,painting,framing,etc....I charge by the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I let the customer explain to me what work they need done. If I have any questions or concerns I'll ask. Once we both agree on the task I'll get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Uncle had his own home renovating business. He is very educated in his trades. I learned from one of the best.
