If you are looking for an honest, reliable, and reasonably priced appliance repair technician, I highly recommend M. Ali Appliance Service! My Kenmore washing machine suddenly stopped working, and technician Isgandar came out to fix it. He was prompt, professional, extremely neat, and very thorough in diagnosing and repairing the problem. What I appreciated most was his honesty and fair pricing — no inflated costs or unnecessary repairs. It is rare these days to find someone who takes pride in their work and provides such excellent customer service. My washer is now working perfectly! he is amazing as a person and worth wise. he does what he says and does it great. he has great experience and work quality is straight professionally. his work makes you want to give him all the work becaause he does it with love and affection. he is good looking as well which is a plus point lol. he know alot about appliances and not just that, he does a/c work and car as well . a one stop shop here. I was very pleased with his work and he is always on time and very respectful. will definitely recommend.

I cannot believe how responsive Isgandar was. I reached out to him for a dryer issue at our rental home on a Sunday. Before he even showed up, he tried to diagnose the issue on a call with our tenant. That is a far cry from most companies, who charge $70-80 just for a diagnostic fee. He showed up exactly on the time he had given us, diagnosed the issue and repaired the dryer (heater, fuse and thermostat replacement). He also took some pictures of the dryer vent and recommeded cleaning. Definitely recommend him and we would be using him for any future work.
