He came out quickly, assessed the problem with my dishwasher and that a particular part would need to be ordered. We decided to order the part and that he would come back to make repairs when it came in. He returned a few days later as soon as he was able and made all the necessary repairs. Very professional, great communication and worth the money. Would call again.

im so pleased with Ali's service. from the initial contact through repair he was courteous, respectful, and responsive. it was obvious he knows his stuff and i appreciate he didn't try to oversell, looking at repair options before considering replacing more expensive parts. trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced with flexible days/ times. he also was very careful in our house, wore booties and left everything neatly and tidy. what more can one ask for?
