Ali was such a blessing to our family. He quickly and efficiently fixed our dryer, dishwasher, and washing machine, and did it all with professionalism and kindness. I reached out to M. Ali the evening of 12/7/ 2025 at about 7:50 pm. He gave me a couple of things to check to see if he needed to come out. That was as a courtesy. When the checks did not resolve my dryer issue, I provided him the brand name and that was all he needed. He came out promptly at our agreed upon time and got RIGHT to work. He showed me what the problem was and repaired it. I am definitely going to call again if any of my other appliances need repairs.

Ali surpassed every aspect of running a business. He replied immediately after I submitted a request for service, kept me informed about arrival, and was very punctual. He diagnosed and completed service on my dryer and explained to me what he needed to do. I am so glad to know that he services all appliances. He will be the only person I call for future needs.
