Exceptional service with immediate response with very reasonable bid. Ali was willing to work with my schedule and Rachad arrived next day. He completed the job in spite of it being a tricky repair with good explanations of what he was dealing with and all with a great attitude. I’ll be calling them first for my next repair!

Ali showed up right when he said he would and got to work on my washer. It turned out to be a balance problem and he fixed it quickly. He then fixed the front of the detergent drawer that had fallen off. I wasn’t even expecting that. He was here for maybe 15 minutes and had me back in business and saved my weekend! Will definitely call him first the next time I need help with any appliance!

Mr. Ali tried to replace a washer with a manufacturer part that wouldn’t work. Since he was unable to complete the repair, he charged us nothing we appreciate his hard work and diligence and will continue to look for him for help with our appliances.

im so pleased with Ali's service. from the initial contact through repair he was courteous, respectful, and responsive. it was obvious he knows his stuff and i appreciate he didn't try to oversell, looking at repair options before considering replacing more expensive parts. trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced with flexible days/ times. he also was very careful in our house, wore booties and left everything neatly and tidy. what more can one ask for? Ali is our new go to for appliance repairs!
