We had water damage to the roof portion of our front porch, he changed out the old rotten wood using Hardy Plank and repainted. Then he pressure washed both sides of our house which were already Hardy plank. One side turned out great but the paint on the other side was loose and gave way to the pressure wash. He repainted that side. He found rotten wood around the up stairs windows, repaired and painted those. We had plastic tarp covering our back porch which could be seen from the street (a real eyesore) He built, and painted a Hardy Plank wall to replace the tarped area.

If I could give over 5 stars, I would. There are not too many people who choose to do their job like they should anymore. However, Alberto is one who does. I wanted a patio covered reroofed . He gave me an estimate the next day after I contacted him. For both the estimate and the actual work he was punctual, listened to what I wanted done, offered good suggestions to help complete it nicely and all for a very reasonable price. The workmanship was better than most. When he was through, he cleaned up the area so that all you could notice was the nice, new roof on the patio. There are always some "handyman" jobs to do around a home and you can be sure I will be calling Alberto again.
