I provide fair, transparent pricing and quality work done right the first time. My rates reflect 15+ years of construction experience, including 2+ years serving homeowners in Texas, as well as extensive experience working with Hilti professional technologies and installation systems. I focus on reliable, long-lasting results — not quick temporary fixes. Every project is completed with attention to detail, proper workmanship, and respect for your home. Estimates and pricing are always discussed clearly before work begins, so there are no surprises. I believe in honest communication, dependable service, and building long-term relationships with my customers. Discounts may be available for repeat customers, multiple projects, or larger jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep the process simple, professional, and transparent: Discuss the project and review photos or details. Provide a clear estimate and explain the scope of work. Schedule a convenient time for the job. Complete the work cleanly, efficiently, and with attention to detail. Walk through the completed project to ensure satisfaction. I believe in clear communication, reliability, and treating every home with respect. My goal is to make the process stress-free and deliver quality results the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of hands-on construction experience and have completed the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Home Inspector qualifying education program, including training in: • Structural Systems • Electrical Systems • Plumbing Systems • HVAC Systems • Roofing Systems • Insulation & Ventilation • Appliances • Professional Inspection Procedures and Standards of Practice Combined with my construction background and experience with Hilti professional tools, this training allows me to approach every project with a strong understanding of how homes are built and maintained.
