KEN COBB IS A CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONAL! I reached out to Ken off of Thumbtack not knowing what to expect. He was responsive and was knowledgeable over the phone so I took a shot. I had a full days worth of "handyman" repairs lined up. Much of it required a skilled laborer as there were plumbing issues with older fixtures. And man, I could not be more satisfied with Kens workmanship, value, communication, etc. Ken ran into a few issues while doing the repairs as some of my fixtures are difficult to get replacements for at big box stores. But he kept at it an hour past the agreed time and made sure he got it right. I am happy to be a reference for this gentleman. After 12 years of struggling with inconsistent handyman help - Im glad to have found Mr. Cobb.

Ken was very professional. Even though one of the repairs ended up being outside of his scope; he still made sure to make all the necessary troubleshoots so he could narrow what the issue might be and provided recommended next steps. I will definitely use his services again!
