I had a leaking water heater and no hot water—total nightmare. Joseph came through like a pro. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and had the old unit out and the new one installed the same day. Super clean work, no cutting corners. He even hauled off the old one without me having to ask.
Pricing was fair, and I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. Definitely not one of those janky "YouTube tutorial" handymen. I’ve already recommended him to two friends.
