Mack did an excellent job repairing my ceiling! He was professional, punctual, and very friendly throughout the entire process. I really appreciated how clearly he communicated each step and made sure I understood what was being done. He completed the repair quickly and efficiently, he and left everything spotless afterward! I'd highly recommend Mack & TrueBlue for your next project, and I will absolutely call them again.

Nate was on time for the estimate. He then evaluated what I needed to have done and concluded he could do it on the spot. He called his office to get approval and a charge, which I thought was a very fair price, and he did the job. I was very happy!

True Blue was amazing during this process. One of the most difficult clients to date, but together we got it done. The professionalism conducted by both Arturo and Mack allowed this project to be completed. Handyman showed up on time. Great work and fast. Very careful with my stuff. Replaced bottom of sliding doors to closet and column outside. Called on Monday, done and finished on Wednesday.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide project and repair estimates based on the amount of time and materials needed to complete the project. We also provide adjustments for Seniors, Veterans, and Military.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial speaking with client on the phone, we will determine whether on onsite consultation is needed or a service technician/s will just be sent to the client's home to complete the project. There is no charge for the initial onsite consultation. When the project has multiple phases, we will provide an estimate of the costs for the client to approve and review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members are trained experts and experienced in working directly with Homeowners, Seniors, Property Managers, and Investors.
